What originally started out to be a bespoke paint and venetian plaster project turned into an ongoing estate management project. Once we completed all the paintwork, wallpaper and venetian plaster, we were asked to maintain and upgrade the estate as time went on. This involves hiring quality subcontractors for every trade, coordination and communications to have the house presented as camera-ready at any time. It's great to be of service for such wonderful clients!!

We proposed, as an alternative to building a new home, an idea to expand the existing Brentwood Ranch style home. We reinvented the flow of the space, organized, purged, reappropriated furnishings, bought additional furnishings, full paintwork, full repairs, full restoration. We opened up doorways, laid tiles, removed fireplaces, installed a beautiful Al Fresco outdoor kitchen area to be used all year round. Tremendous amount of reorganization involving this 40,000 square-foot property. We created numerous points of interest throughout the property, meandering pathways to multiple adventurous vignettes. The owner enjoys a far less cluttered lifestyle and mentally benefits from all the dedicated spaces that we created for all of his personal interests. This is a very satisfying and fulfilling project.

We were commissioned to completely restore all the painted finishes in this beautiful 1926 George Washington Smith Italian villa. Extensive research and care went into working with Designer Frank Pennino to complement and enhance the existing architecture. Our involvement included a complete start-to-finish ballroom design, which included building the beams, soundproofing in-between the beams, design and stencil. We were assigned multiple themed rooms where the art of the painted finish was paramount. Applications included gold leaf, Venetian plasters, French polish, stenciling, staining, lacquering, wall glazing, clay painting. I had the pleasure to hire and work along with some of the best artistic talents globally. This remains to this day one of my favorite landmark homes. We were encouraged to spare no expense and to execute the restoration with 100% carte blanche!

We were invited to transform this bland ocean view guesthouse cottage. This transformation included bathroom and kitchen redesign, putting faux beams in the living room, planting two sustainable gardens, along with lighting design and furniture purchases. An interesting, fun project—the owners were grateful that we reinvented the space.

We were invited to restore this Moroccan villa, a one-of-a-kind architectural marvel. This historic landmark home had everything from a large backyard atrium to prohibition rooms, to a Lazy Susan garage turntable floor. We were responsible for restoring all the paintwork and the woodwork as original. It was the most memorable project because a few people felt paranormal activity. Nevertheless, we finished the job successfully.
